Ermanno Scervino choses Elisa Sednaoui for FW15 campaign
International model Elisa Sednaoui is no more to be introduced. Having graced the glossy pages of every high-end fashion magazine, as well as CRASH, and having been featured in campaigns for Giorgio Armani or Roberto Cavalli, the French-Italian model with Egyptian heritage is the new face of the Ermanno Scervino Fall-Winter 2015/16 campaign. As the Italian designers puts it, Elisa is « beautiful, international, cool. Elisa is a multi-facetted talent and she embodies my designs with a lot of charm. » He adds, « she is a committed, sensual, charismatic woman. She embodies the qualities and values of the Ermanno Scervino woman. » Photographed by the iconic Peter Lindbergh, the campaign was shot in La Camargue in the south of France. With a mix between menswear fabrics and extremely feminine lines, the campaign images redefine the notion of femininity, while Sednaoui’s exotic beauty shines through.
