No21 SS17: A BACKSTAGE STORY

With this spring-summer 2017 collection, Alessandro Dell’Acqua takes a more feminine path. The designer imagines a silhouette defined by the refinery of lace, the purity of white, and the fluidity of tulle fabrics. Dell’Acqua’s feminine vision does not transcript the fragile beauty of a woman, it enhances her personality with bold choices from the single earring dropping along the neck to the big goggles to the audacious black silhouettes worn with chunky platform sandals. The collection exudes elegance, still in an un apologetic and evanescent way. The final looks stand out with impactful floral patterns that leave an impression of folklore, as if Alessandro Dell’Acqua just invited us to a trip through Russian landscapes.
