In a dynamic fusion of fashion, art, and pop culture, Fendi proudly introduces its latest collaboration with the visionary Hiroshi Fujiwara. As the mastermind behind Fragment, Fujiwara has left an indelible mark on the global fashion landscape, earning him the well-deserved title of the ‘godfather of streetwear.’ Now, Fendi embraces Fujiwara’s multi-modal creativity in a groundbreaking collaboration that extends beyond the realms of traditional fashion. This exceptional partnership celebrates not only Fendi’s iconic craftsmanship but also pays homage to the Japanese club scene and streetwear culture that Fujiwara has been instrumental in shaping.

The collaboration, aptly named ‘Friends of Fendi,’ is a testament to the sincere friendship between Kim Jones, Fendi’s Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear, and Silvia Venturini Fendi, the Artistic Director of Accessories and Menswear. In a nod to their shared love for Japan, the collaboration with Hiroshi Fujiwara stands as a living history, blending Fendi’s iconic bag shapes and workmanship with Fujiwara’s innovative touch.

Fujiwara’s Fragment enters the world of Fendi with the ‘FF Fragment,’ a concentrated approach that reinterprets his signature on the iconic FF jacquard logo. The disruptive ‘FF Fragment’ graces Fendi’s iconic bags, including the Peekaboo ISeeU Small, Baguette women’s bag, and mini icons like Baguette Pouch and Mini Mon Trésor. The men’s collection features messenger bags and belt bags with yellow contrast zips, showcasing the seamless fusion of Fendi’s classic style with Fujiwara’s disruptive aesthetic.

In celebration of the Year of the Dragon, Fendi, Fragment, and Pokémon join forces for a spectacular collaboration. The collection, featuring Dragon-type Pokémon, pays tribute to this auspicious year. From inlays and prints on FF jacquard to leather 3D marquetry, Fujiwara introduces a playful evolution to Fendi’s craft of leather goods. The lineup includes iconic bags like Peekaboo and Baguette, as well as small leather goods, jewellery, and clothing for both men and women.

As a testament to Fendi’s savoir-faire and playful side, the collaboration introduces a limited-edition Dragonite crafted by Fendi’s expert leather artisans. This rare collector’s item, available in a limited series, showcases more than 30 hours of manual workmanship, highlighting the meticulous craftsmanship synonymous with the Fendi brand.

Taking the collaboration to new heights, Fendi, Fragment, and Pokémon announce a partnership with Pokémon GO. Starting on January 4th, 2024, Pokémon GO Trainers can obtain digital avatar items featuring designs from the Fendi x Fragment x Pokémon collection, adding an interactive and immersive dimension to this groundbreaking collaboration.
