ARTHUR ARBESSER FALL WINTER 2016 MILAN: A BACKSTAGE STORY

Arthur Arbesser Fall Winter 2016 collection stays true to the house’s creative designer core values of sobriety and elegance. Straight double-breasted coats, trenches and loose cardigans as well as long tunic shirts are the androgen pieces that characterize the whole collection. Indeed, the experimentation comes through materials juxtapositions and melanges: velvet and chenille are mixed with satin and silk while wool is paired with waxed outwear and openwork knitwear. The colors of the collection are bright: metallic gold details can be found all along the runway show, either as skirts, shirts or playful plissé details on knits.
