DIESEL BLACK GOLD SS17: A BACKSTAGE STORY
This season, Diesel Black Gold creative director Andreas Melbostad embraced a more girly aesthetic. With a nude color palette, the silhouettes are feminine and feel romantic. There is still a toughness to the Diesel girl, as she wears her cute crop tops with high-waisted studded trousers and her ruffled white minidresses with mid-calf boots. The collection features a great balance between hard and soft, two aesthetic that particularly merge in the best way possible on those minidresses tied up with drawstrings. Finally, natural make-up completes a more irreverent hair styling – multiple buns of hair for a contemporary and gorgeously messy end result.
