BACKSTAGE AT DURAN LANTINK SPRING/SUMMER 2025 FASHION SHOW

By Crash Redaction

Fresh off his win of the LVMH Karl Lagerfeld Prize, Duran Lantink unveiled his Spring/Summer 2025 collection during Paris Fashion Week. Held in Le Marais in Paris, the show featured 46 looks that showcased Lantink’s signature balance of bold, three-dimensional shapes with everyday wearability.

The collection highlighted specific body parts, with exaggerated conical bustlines and subtly voluminous hips and joints in leggings and bodysuits. Practical elements also stood out, like drop-waist trousers and versatile handbags that could be worn in three different ways.

Drawing inspiration from the 1980s Ibiza rave scene, gauzy tunic dresses layered over biker shorts were embellished with jewelry from Carla Sozzani’s archive. In a standout moment, Lantink surprised the audience with a mini dress featuring a live-streaming screen. The show ended with a stunning appearance by Naomi Campbell, who wore a bias-cut gown with an illusion neckline, closing the collection on a high note.

Duran Lantink continues to push boundaries with his innovative, playful approach to fashion, blending bold aesthetics with practicality.
