ERMANNO SCERVINO SS16 PLAYS WITH OPPOSITES: A BACKSTAGE REVIEW
For the Spring-Summer 2016 season, Italian designer Ermanno Scervino took inspiration from the many possibilities of lace. With his always feminine and body-sublimating signature, Scervino played with layering of delicate fabrics to create a sensual look. There are also some masculine inspirations that the designer turns into ultra-feminine garments: tuxedo vests are found in different materials like multi-layered lace or military-inspired organza. Floral print are a staple in this collection with their red or macramé tones. Whether in platform heels or embroidered Moroccan-inspired slippers, the Ermanno Scervino woman is elegant in every situation.
