MARCO DE VICENZO FW16: A BACKSTAGE STORY

Marco de Vicenzo is the example of a designer who is not afraid to take risks. With this Fall-Winter 2016 collection, he showed his masterful approach of print and mixing patterns. Extremely colorful, the collection mixes vivid colors – neon green, red, yellow – together for a very punchy result. Marco De Vicenzo excels in the layering of fabrics and offers textured looks with embellishments over graphic prints. Coats are exaggerated in the details of pockets, and a brand new bag makes its debut on the runway. The designer also demonstrates he masters simpler silhouettes, namely the long-sleeved dresses in navy-blue or yellow towards the end of the show. A big success.
