MSGM SS16 COLLECTION: A BACKSTAGE A LOOK

On Day 5 of Milan Fashion Week, Massimo Giorgetti presented his MSGM SS16 collection. This season, Giorgetti took a boyish turn as the models stomped down the runway in chunky sneakers and oversize sweaters worn under color-blocking ruffled dresses. You could almost feel they were ready to jump on their skateboards after the show. For this collection, bigger is better: Giorgetti injects a great dose of pop colors to the Italian runway and experiments with the shapes: Oversize « boyfriend » shirts are tied up at the waist with color-contrasting trains while the now famous MSGM stripes are to be found layered on fluid tube dresses towards the end of the show
