BACKSTAGE AT N°21 MEN SPRING-SUMMER 2016 MILAN
By Crash redaction
This season, Alessandro Dell’Acqua took a risk and broke free from the aesthetic he had been giving himself for the past seasons, and it showed on the runway. Volumes were bigger and textures were softer. The stand-out pieces were those oversized jumpers with bicolored stripes worn over short shorts as well as the oversized bomber jackets. A skirt made an appearance right from the beginning on an all-white look, setting the tone for the entire collection. No expectations, just pure creativity. A creativity that still remains highly wearable. We salute the work on layers and the texture created by the lace tops at the end. The black and white platform sneakers added just the right amount of modernity to an already very successful collection.
