WANDA NYLON SS17: A BACKSTAGE STORY

This season, Wanda Nylon aka Johanna Senyk went a more feminine route. For several seasons now, the ANDAM Fashion Award 2016 Grand Prize winner captivated the industry specialists with her take on outerwear inspired by rainwear classics. Her spring-summer 2017 collection showcases fluid dresses with pops of bright yellow, and technical jackets in shiny gold. The collection is placed under the sign of elegance, always with an irreverent spin. Models sport big square goggles, now a Wanda Nylon signature, and beautiful earring are made of interlocked chains, also found as strap on some of the dresses. The show closes on a angelic vision: a deep V-neck, white ruffled dress worn with golden thigh-high boots. Johanna Senyk is a designer in touch with her time.
