WUNDERKIND SS17 MILAN: A BACKSTAGE STORY
Berlin youth is taking Milan by storm. German House Wunderkind is known its artistic approach to fashion, always in search of interesting patterns, new silhouettes, and a sense of irreverent self-confidence that makes its true essence. This season, the collection shows a slight Western inspiration here and there with cowboys boots and under-the-knee circle skirts. Twisting the original inspiration, the silhouettes grow more and more edgy, sometimes futuristic, like with translucent pencil skirts or deep, V-neck dresses made of sheer, white fabric. With Wunderkind there is always an element of shine: here, footwear stands out as definite objects of desire.
