
BENEDICTE VALLET’S NEW EXHIBITION AT ZEBRES GALLERY

Starting March 16th, ZEBRES Gallery is pleased to present the magnificent works of Bénédicte Vallet.
The artist imagines creations of nature, particular sculptures stranded at the edge of the vegetable, mineral and animal kingdom. The artist creates timeless ceramic textile with natural fibers such as hemp or linen.
Bénédicte Vallet grows up in the Reunion Islands, surrounded by the continuous natural stimuli and with a love for the earth; continuously inspired by the natural and plant world seeks different inspirations and studies, including the knowledge of the craftsmanship such as the basket maker. Her creations are not only visual but also tactile and sound. Touch them and you will hear natural songs coming from the assembly of their volumes
