BRIONI SPRING-SUMMER 2016 COLLECTION MILAN
By Crash redaction
It’s all about love of structures and constructivism on the Brioni Spring/Summer 2016 runway. Grey and silver attract undeniably the eye to fluide and elegant silhouettes. This collection was inspired by the work of the architect Carlo Scarpa, always aware of changes trough Venetian’s history and Japanese culture. A very successful mix we can only approve, since it’s a call to modern purity. Creative Director Brendan Mullane managed to create graphic effects on clothes thanks to textures and translucent fabrics: the collection truly transpires artistic work, and the desire to express appetite of a timeless grace. As for the accessories, the silhouettes are embellished by trendy hand crafted sandals and chic tote and leather bags. Brioni proves once again that Italian designers are masters in styling with unconditional chic.
