CARTE BLANCHE FOR ISSEY MIYAKE AT THE CARTIER FOUNDATION
By Crash redaction
The Cartier Foundation for contemporary art has invited some of the most talented artists they have ever collaborated with to celebrate the Foundation’s 30th anniversary. At this occasion, designer and artist Issey Miyake has been given a carte blanche after more than fifteen years since his exhibition called Making Things at the Cartier Foundation.
In the exhibition, starting on May the 10th, Issey Miyake offers the public a spectacular luminous installation to embellish the premises of the Cartier Foundation. The lamps he created, from the IN-EI ISSEY MIYAKE collection, give the space a new meaning and offer a real travel through time and imagination.
Mémoires Vives exhibition, from 10th May to 21st September 2014 at the Cartier Foundation for contemporary art, 261 Bd Raspail, Paris.
