For his first capsule collection at Diesel, new Artistic Director Nicola Formichetti pays tribute to the brand’s DNA. The designer had access to 35-year Italian historical Diesel archives in Italy were he was able to examine thousands of fantastic pieces. This immersion in Diesel’s heritage led to a 45 pieces capsule collection entitled #DIESELTRIBUTE. “This collection is my homage to the DNA of Diesel,” says the new Artistic Director.

The new capsule collection will roll-out in two distinct ranges: a denim and a leather range. The new collection includes ready-to-wear apparel, denim, accessories and intimates for both men and women.

The visionary Artistic Director Nicola Formichetti collaborated with British photographer Nick Knight and the team of new media creatives at SHOWStudio in order to conceive a campaign that was shot entirely on iPhone©.

The denim capsule collection will launch globally on November 4th and the leather capsule collection will follow in February 2014.
