Niterói is the chosen city of legendary architect Oscar Niemeyer. Situated in the city where he lived and worked, this circular building housed his offices. He is the architect behind some of Brazil’s most iconic structures, such as the Niterói Contemporary Art Museum in Rio, where luxury brand Louis Vuitton elected to unveil its Cruise Collection last May. At no charge to the city, Oscar Niemeyer designed and erected the popular theater of Niterói, an emblematic location that serves as the perfect backdrop to our photo series.
