Water, at the heart of AMI’s Spring/Summer 2021 campaign, reflects the setting and history of the company’s latest fashion show, staged on the banks of the Seine in the heart of Paris last October.

In a minimalist, enigmatic and intimate atmosphere, each protagonist plays his or her role. Colored or black and white shots perpetuate the spirit of a theatrical ensemble. The set is reminiscent of the world of cinema, an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Alexandre Mattiussi. Influenced by Richard Avedon’s and Irving Penn’s aesthetic and visual codes, the Spring/Summer 21 campaign marks the third year in a row that AMI collaborates with photographer Michael Bailey-Gates.
