FENDI UOMO F/W 2021

By Crash

Silvia Venturini Fendi has just presented the Fendi men’s Fall 2021 collection, featuring a cinematic sequence directed by artist Nico Vascellari, a friend of the house, with an exclusive dance-pop track created by Not Waving. Inside an immersive 360° mirrored tunnel, models appear infinitely multiplied whilst entirely alone, like a futuristic maze!
Menswear classics are twisted with the house’s signature playfulness, going from dark and mysterious to completely far out and colorful. The collection is a true celebration of bright hues and light with certain materials glowing and shining as the models walk by. In addition, the multidisciplinary artist and performer Noel Fielding provides a series of psychedelic artworks for the collection, making the Fendi logo abstract and placing crazy scribble art on some of the pieces. Art Brut meets classic tailoring and understated garments. Venturini Fendi is not new to artistic collaboration as this one comes after John Booth, Sue Tilley… and many more!
