Ichiyo’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection entitled ’37°2 – Falling Into You,’ inspired by the strength of femininity and our emotions is constructed around a theme of « habillée deshabillée. » Underwear becomes formal wear throughout the collection. A contrasting color palette between pastels and vibrant or dark colors represent the different facades of femininity and the fluctuation of emotions. Shocking pink, red, brown and grey have been added to the pastel tones that Ichiyo has used in previous collections. The prints, all based on flowers, were born from a collaboration with photographer and artist Pavo Marinovic.
