CALLIGRAPHY AT LA MAMOUNIA

By Crash redaction

La Mamounia, one of the most beautiful palaces in the world, is welcoming the works of artist and calligraph Nicolas Ouchenir from October 6th to November 12th.

All the artwork has been done in La Mamounia and is exclusive to the exhibition. Needless to say, the palace which is well-known for its breathtaking traditional Morrocan architecture, is the place-to-be for any artist to expose and has previously welcomed exhibitions from Julien Marinetti, the Kibari brothers and many more. Nicolas Ouchenir has worked closely with fashion, designing a print for American Vintage and consulting for multiple luxury brands. The self-taught artist who plays with words, their meanings and the way they are written is more than ever topical in today’s problematics.

You can admire Nicolas Ouchenir’s artwork at the tea room of La Mamounia from tomorrow.
