LAUNCH OF 7 MONCLER FRAGMENTS / HIROSHI FUJIWARA

By Crash redaction

It has not been left unnoticed that Moncler has drastically changed its way of designing, thanks to Remo Ruffini who has relaunched the luxury outerwear brand at the latest men’s fashionweek. Baptizing the line « Genius group », the aim was to ask eight designers to create eight unique mini collections. In the star-packed bunch was Craig Green, Simone Rocha and Pierpaolo Piccioli among others. Every mini-collection is launched a month at a time leading to the next show. A well-rounded strategy who is sure to make the fashion world buzz. By opening Moncler to other designer identities, who knows what is in store for Remo Ruffini’s brand?

Yesterday the Fragments by Hiroshi Fujiwara collection was launched. Fujiwara is a well-known musician, producer and designer in Japan, he was the first DJ to play Hip-hop in his country. A lover of streetwear, he has managed to revisit the Moncler ADN while translating his interest in music subcultures and the energy of a concert. It was the occasion for the Japanese designer to experiment with different materials and adapt his vision to the Moncler client. Discover photos of the collection below.
