PLAY COMME DES GARÇONS X K-WAY

By Crash redaction

PLAY COMME des GARÇONS have enlisted the creative skills of surfer Patrick Towersey, skate boarder Beatrice Domond, and kayaker Adam Edwards to photograph themselves wearing the collection from the latest collaboration with iconic French outerwear brand K-Way. Each a professional in their respective fields, their photography demonstrates the utility and versatility of PLAY COMME des GARÇONS x K-WAY, from the streets of downtown New York, the beaches of Newport CA, and the mossy mountains of Oregon.

Marking only the second occasion a brand partner has been invited to collaborate on PLAY COMME des GARÇONS ready-to-wear, the collaboration unites the iconic labels of both brands, stamping the most recognizable little red heart in the world on two of K-Ways most recognizable rain jackets, the Leon Half Zip and the Claude Full Zip.

Founded in1965 by Léon-Claude Duhamel, K-Way is a registered trademark in French and Italian vocabulary and the developer of the first windproof and waterproof packable jacket in history.

Set for release December 11th 2021 the collection will be available in each of the Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market retail locations worldwide and on the DSM e-shop.
