PROENZA SCHOULER LAUNCHES NEW COLLECTION PSWL

By Crash redaction

Proenza Schouler is launching a new collection called « Proenza Schouler PSWL » that will be out on November 6th and available at the Bon Marché, Proenza Schouler stores and on their website. As an extension of the ready-to-wear collection, the aim is to offer a more accessible range of clothing for a younger clientele. The collection will be composed of denim, t-shirts, sweatshirts and casual outerwear.

« It has always been a goal of ours to fully develop a well-rounded and balanced collection that mixes the high-end with the everyday in a way that speaks to both many of our personal friends, and to the designer customer we’ve developed over the years. A more casual lifestyle has always been true to who we are as individuals, and true of many women in our lives. » say Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. The designers have always expressed their will to dress all women of all different social backgrounds and remain the most authentic possible.

While the collection is more casual, it still carries references from past Proenza Schouler collections as well as many different inspiring artists like Guy de Cointet and film makers like Harmony Korine. Speaking of which, Chloe Sevigny has been chosen to be the face of PSWL, carrying that effortless urban chic she is known for.
