Raf Simons presented his Fall/Winter 2022 collection at London Fashion Week yesterday.  The mens and womenswear collection showcased familiar styles and materials in more form fitting silhouettes than seen in previous collections. Nylon, wool, velvet and vinyl with a few graphics and lots of oversized outwear define this seasons looks.  Vinyl is a dominant theme throughout the collection seen in dresses and coats that create a slightly sinister vibe. Signature bomber jackets, and coats in burnt orange and aubergine purple in brushed cotton mohair contrast the thin silhouettes underneath. Mohair is used again as hats that cover the eyes or drape down as a cloak to the knees.
