SWAROVSKI LAUNCHES ATELIER SWAROVSKI HOME
After 120 years collaborating with the world’s leading talents in the world of fashion, arts, lighting and architecture, Swarovski decided to launch its Atelier Swarovski Home line. This ultimate expression of the House witnesses its ever-evolving image and the extraordinary versatility of Swarovski crystals. The initiative is the result of numerous partnerships with designers and architects that Nadja Swarovski championed during the 90s: indeed, those collaborations allowed the House to work with the most prominent talents in arts to create beautiful objects unmatched in quality and innovation. On the same path of Atelier Swarovski Jewelry and the Crystal Palace initiative, Atelier Swarovski Home will produce an annual collection of luxury design objects for the house interior. The new Swarovski line opens another chapter in the House’s proud history of collaborations, inviting world-renowned designers to bring to life decorative objects through the art of cutting crystals. On the agenda we will find Aldo Bakker, who designed a collection of module vases in crystal and marble, Daniel Libeskind, who designed a chess set inspired by Studio Libeskind buildings, Ron Arad, who conceived a collection of crystal digits and letters, and the late Zaha Hadid, who conceived a collection of centerpieces. Definitely something to keep an eye on!
