THE LOST ART FORM X SNS

By Roisin Breen

The iconic sneaker and concept store, SNS was founded in 1999 out of love and curiosity for the culture and life around sneakers, fashion, art, music, and basketball. In a celebration of its unique history, SNS have unveiled its Winter 2022 apparel and accessory collection inspired by the art and work behind the scenes put into vinyl records.

SNS’ new Winter collection brings to life a striking take on the often-undiscovered details of music records, shoutouts, sample references, styling, and artwork. “The Lost Art Form” explores a time before streaming, social media, and even before the pinnacle era of music videos, when covers and inserts were all you needed to get inspired. The extensive collection is a curious exploration of these past times unfolding throughout a wide range of ready-to-wear pieces like the eye-catching faux fur parka, the first-ever SNS tapestry puffer jacket, and a puffer down vest.

The selection of winter-ready items continues with the signature printed fleece jacket, knitted sweaters, mohair cardigans, and a crochet zipped cardigan. The collection also includes a variety of pants, such as a moleskin combat pant, a tweed straight-leg pant, and a tapestry straight-leg pant. Blending standouts like bomber and wool varsity jackets with tees and hoodies, SNS is no stranger to accessories, this time in the form of scarfs, Mizu cups, a thermos bottle, a door mat, caps, beanies, and mittens made with faux fur to complete the collection.

Available exclusively online at sneakersnstuff.com and all SNS stores.
