UNIQLO announced the launch of the Uniqlo and Mame Kurogouchi Spring/Summer 2023 Collection on Thursday, April 20th.

This is the fifth season of exclusive collaboration with fashion designer Maiko Kurogouchi. Kurogouchi, creator of Mame Kurogouchi, has created a collection for UNIQLO with soft lines, delicate cuts and elegant color tones, using UNIQLO’s unique fabrics and production techniques.

The focus for Spring/Summer 2023 is the material with a luster and translucence that brings luster to women’s skin. Developed especially for this collection, the new transparent material is as soft and delicate as bare skin. Exclusive and new for this season, on the other hand, are 3D knit sweaters and dresses designed with skillful handcrafted elements. The key color this season is a shaded blue reminiscent of early summer coastlines or ocean waves.
