VESTIAIRE COLLECTIVE LAUNCHES ‘VESTIAIRE VIBES’

This month, Vestiaire Collective, the leading platform for second-hand luxury fashion, launches « Vestiaire Vibes », its very first virtual festival of summer offers. If major summer events and pool parties are in jeopardy, summer is well and truly on the agenda at Vestiaire Collective. They invite all members of their community to come together for a series of digital festivities in which rival categories of pieces will compete in duels in the Vestiaire Fields arena. Members will be asked to vote for their favorite summer pieces to appear in their Flash Sales. Vestiaire Vibes will feature treasure hunts, exciting challenges, unique Flash Sales and more! « The Dive », a unique reverse auction format. And for the summer look? Vestiaire Collective takes care of everything! Have a look at what the festival has to offer.

First the infamous Treasure Hunt, which is back this summer from June 8 to 10… with 72 vouchers for a total of 9,500 euros. To have a chance to win, you need to follow the clues and find the letters hidden in the photos of the coins. Once the letters are found, you will have to combine them to form the name of a famous fashion piece. Participants can send their answers as a private message via their Instagram @vestiaireco account. The first 50 correct answers will receive the prize.

Then there are the Flash Sales, which will take place every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 weeks starting today. Featuring must-see summer pieces from brands selected by the Vestiaire Collective community, each Flash Sale will last only 24 hours. The categories are as follows: iconic pieces, luxury bags, watches and jewellery, sneakers vs. sandals, and mini-bags vs. XXL bags. And to top that off, on June 23rd, the Flash Sale « Wear It With Pride » will honor the designers who support the LBGTQ+ community.

Starting June 12 and for 4 weeks, the reverse auction « The Dive » will take place every Friday from 2pm to 6pm (CET). Every hour, participants will receive a notification informing them of the drop in the price of each « liked » piece in a selection of 10 must-have items, including brands such as Gucci, Prada, Isabel Marant, Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta. Prices will be reduced by at least 50%, and members will have to be quick to get the best pieces at the best price.

During the festival, from June 13 to July 5, Vestiaire Collective will also offer a series of challenges to the community, such as the Profile Challenge, from June 10 to July 5, which will invite members to improve their profile; the First Sale Challenge, from June 15 to 21, which will give sellers the opportunity to appear in the Best Deals section; and finally the Liker to Win Challenge, from June 24 to 28, which will give users the chance to win a voucher to be redeemed for one of the most coveted pieces.
