Weekend Max Mara has invited Milanese fine art photographer Micol Sabbadini to create a capsule collection inspired by the Aegean Islands. Having travelled there multiple times, Sabbadini has accumulated photos of the houses and landscapes, which served as elements of the moodboard for prints and patterns. Long summer days that fade into the night, the smell of the ocean, the white Greek architecture : all these elements of Mediterranean culture shape the collection’s aesthetic.
