« Let me weep over my cruel fate, and let me sigh for liberty. »  Glenn Martens was inspired and accompanied by these words during all the creative and artistic process of this Y/PROJECT collection.

The outfits are aggressive, unashamed and intrinsic with an ironic theatrical aspect, a direct reference to the film Antichrist by Lars von Trier. Prints referencing pornographic films are carefully printed on silk or jersey dresses, skirts, and tops.
This libertine and enterprising spirit can also be found on the new model of boots, covered with leather or denim panels, the shoe changes shape and mutates thanks to snap buttons.
To add to the strong concept and message behind the collection the soundtrack of the show, signed Senjan Jansen: a remix of 58 different interpretations of Lascia ch’io pianga.
